Regional Chapter Executive, American Red Cross, Reno, NV - Responsible for Red Cross service delivery, fundraising and external relations within an assigned region or geographic area. Serve as the principal Red Cross leader in the community, leading teams in fundraising, service delivery, and partnerships. Accountable for achieving performance targets for the Region, including fundraising/revenue, expense and service delivery. Serve as Chief Fundraiser in the assigned area, managing staff and volunteers to meet assigned revenue targets. Lead teams that enable communities to prevent, prepare for respond to, and recover from emergencies of all types. Manage the community resilience programs, working with community partners to ensure that the communities build local capacity to prepare for, prevent, respond to and recover from disasters. Support members of the military and their families in times of need, as well as In ternational programs as needed. Ensures that volunteers,youth and young adults are engaged and retained as integral parts of the service delivery process. Depending on the size of the region, work may be carried out through a number of branches or Community Chapters, including the direct supervision of Local Executives. Serves as a member of the Division leadership team, supporting and contributing to Division goals and activities. Minimum 5 years related experience in the profit or not-for-profit sector in business, sales or corporate administration. Proven track record in raising significant financial.
