Back-to-back disasters this past year disrupted private lives AND brought out the best from first responders and community members who responded with compassion–providing hope to those directly impacted.

Thursday, March 29, 2012, the Northern Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross will host the Ninth annual Real Heroes Breakfast to celebrate individuals and groups who provided assistance to individuals and families impacted by the:

AMTRAK accident in Churchill County

IHOP mass shooting in Carson City

Reno Air Races crash

Caughlin Ranch and Washoe Drive fires
